Registration and selection

Online registration. Potential participants should send an application for conference E-mail sib.geocamp@ipgg.sbras.ru.

Submission of online application (before the deadline). The following forms should be uploaded:
- Participant application (download the form here:

Participant_application.docx

- CV (in free form, not exceed 1500 characters)
For example: Brief description - Education, Work experience, Educational practice, Conferences, Skills, Interests, etc.

- Motivational essay (not exceed 1500 characters)
Motivation essay which expresses interest and motivation to participate in the field camp.

Selection criteria (if the number of applications exceeds the organizational capacity):

1. priority will be given to students specializing in earth sciences, although students from other specialization may be involved;
2. Motivational essay, which shows motivation, professional and social skills;
3. geographical diversity;
4. gender diversity.

Participation fee. Foreign students are charged a fee of 500 EUR as a contribution for participation (may be reduced if additional financing is received).

Registration fee includes:

• educational activities in field camps;
• accommodation and meals during the field camp;
• transportation from Novosibirsk to the location of the field camp and back.

After the successful completion of the field camp program certificates will be provided.
